- Professional Members
- Individuals who are or have been employed in the management of information resources including, but not limited to, managers, staff, sales, service providers, and educators shall be eligible to become Professional Members of the association.
- Student Members
- Individual students whose degree major is consistent with their desire to enter the information processing field shall be eligible to become Student Members of the association.
- Interim Members
- Former student members who have all the rights and privileges of a Professional Member at a reduced dues rate for three years.
